PWCI has experience with a variety of product and building types (schools, governmental, office, industrial, retail, parking structures, multiunit residential, resorts, casinos, mixed use, and military) in both the public and private sectors.
PWCI possesses an in-depth expertise regarding all facets of public works contracting, public bidding, and prevailing wage requirements and processes. We have particular expertise working with school districts, counties and municipalities. Throughout our 24 year history, the overwhelming majority of our work as project managers, construction managers, and general contractors has been in service to the public sector. PWCI has managed approximately $500 million worth of construction contracts that are covered under public contracting codes and regulations. This spans our service to over 40 public agencies in the States of California and Nevada (with work in progress in South Carolina) including counties, municipalities, school districts, redevelopment agencies, housing authorities, and other public entities.
