PWCI Goes Above and Beyond at LAVC Child Development Center
August 22, 2008
Just landing the New Construction of LA Valley College’s Child Development Center, PWCI has tried to make the 1st phase of construction dust free and fun!
Mike Chambers, PWCI’s Onsite Superintendent, says “The kids are so excited and love to wear their hard hats around the viewing areas we’ve set up for them.” Apparently the teachers at the College have taught the kids a little about construction, and so Mike built Plexiglas windows for them to view the jobsite safely. This is just one more way PWCI has contributed by making the daily onsite construction less of bother to the faculty, students and the kids, not to mention an exciting learning experience! Terry Teplin, the CDC Director, has said “We are all so excited to see the wonderful tractors, water trucks, etc. We would also like to thank PWCI for keeping the dust down, you guys are amazing!”
