A letter from Paul “Sonny” Marshall, Chief Executive Officer

February, 2009

I am very pleased to announce that Jason Bollinger, a long time PWCI associate has been promoted to the position of President of PWCI.

Jason has worked as an associate for PWCI for over 14 years now, and has steadily risen through the ranks of the company, touching every facet of our business. When Jason began as an accountant for the company back in the mid-1990’s, he quickly learned that side of the business. Jason then moved into project administration, project management, estimating, and executive management for the company.

Jason has been outstanding over the past several years, not only in single-handedly selling multi-million dollar projects, but then managing those projects by himself. He can scan plans, job cost reports and financial statements quickly and accurately to get to the bottom of any situation. Jason has also recently earned his designation as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America, which is an extremely high honor as currently there are only 1,000 CCM’s throughout the entire United States. Jason has the skills needed to keep PWCI on track and growing for many years to come.

Please join me, in welcoming Jason to his new, and well deserved position.

Sincerely,
Paul "Sonny" Marshall
CEO

"I would like to extend my greatest thanks to the PWCI family. Sonny Marshall, thank you for this opportunity. I am extremely grateful as the past 14 years have been an incredible learning experience. And to my team, from the office to the field, I am honored to serve you and PWCI as President. I will do everything I can to ensure that we continue to grow strong and successful together, because it truly is the team that has brought us where we are today."

- Jason Bollinger
