PWCI Builds Two New Projects For Arcadia USD!

Arcadia USD New Science Building and Lecture Hall!
PWCI will begin the construction of a new science building that will consist of 20 classrooms designed solely for chemistry, physics and biology. The lecture hall will seat 140 students, including the unique ability for the hall to be divided in half by an operable partition that will drop down from the ceiling! Also, to help alleviate the high school’s crowded parking, 164 parking spaces will be added to the parking lot. This project will begin this March and will finish in July of 2010!
Arcadia USD First Avenue Music Building & Modernization!
This new music building will include one large music room and 4 smaller rooms, which will be used for a staff office, wardrobe room, ensemble areas and storage. This building will also have the unique feature of a sliding glass wall that will allow for the building to open up to outside. In addition, 9 existing buildings will receive new technology upgrades, new flooring and paint. The school kitchen be receiving all new equipment to improve the food services for the students. The Arcadia athletic field will be improved with a new graded field, a new track, baseball backstops and soccer goals! This project began in December of 2008 and will finish in April of 2010. PWCI looks forward to the changes underway for Arcadia USD!
