Subcontractor Disclosure

1. By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor represents that the bid is fully responsive to the Owner's Instructions to Bidders, General and Special Conditions, and any other requirements of the Owner for the specifications sections / trade work bid.
2. By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor represents that the bid will remain open for acceptance for the same period specified by the Owner for acceptance of PWCI’s bid, the Owner's payment terms to PWCI are applicable to the payments to Subcontractor, and Subcontractor will provide PWCI with the same indemnity and insurance requirements PWCI is required to provide the Owner.
3. Execution of PWCI’s standard Subcontract is required of all successful subcontract bidders. Subcontractor bid conditions or terms which are inconsistent with the PWCI standard Subcontract shall be void.
4. PWCI’s standard Subcontract is available for review on its web-site (www.pwconstructioninc.com) and at its Home Office (4075 Schaefer Ave, Chino CA) during regular business hours (7:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m Mon-Thur and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon on Friday). By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor represents that it has reviewed the standard Subcontract and consents to its use without modification and agrees to execute PWCI's standard Subcontract if awarded by PWCI. PWCI’s listing of a company pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 4100 et seq. is NOT an acceptance of any limitations or exclusions noted on a subcontractors bid form. Any listing of Subcontractor pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 4100 et seq. is expressly contingent upon Subcontractor's acceptance of PWCI's standard Subcontract.
