Project Description

The Charles Towne Landing Community Center is a 12,000 square foot building located at the historic Charles Towne Landing State Park in Charleston, South Carolina. This $4 million modernization project is known for its combination of historic character, unique architectural features and beautiful high-end finishes including woodwork ceilings, glass walls, and boardwalk constructed from Mahogany, Cherry, and IPE that was shipped from Brazil. Charles Town Landing is a LEED® Silver project, meeting requirements for high-end FSC Finishes, HVAC commissioning finishes, lighting certifications, recycled and waste disposal materials, landscaping, electrical lighting systems and a Geothermal HVAC system. PWCI is extremely proud of this project, as it is a beautiful and historic landmark for South Carolina.
