The Yorba Linda Public Library was a proud addition to the area’s many attractive buildings. Located near the Richard M. Nixon Library, this 8,000 square foot, two-story project consisted of gutting the existing structure of all hazardous materials, installing the new utilities, and creating a beautiful new architectural interior. While the project was still in the early stages, the city decided to include major seismic upgrades that PWCI added without having to extend the schedule.
