The Adal Dining and Dormitory Facility building consists of over 45,445 square feet of new and re-modeled construction. The 3-story dormitory site was newly constructed of concrete split block exterior, steel studs, and precast ceiling planks, totaling over 32,476 square feet of floor space. The building is a modern structural design with glass encased stairwells that tie into the re-modeled design of the dining facility. The dining facility utilized and existing site and required removal of concrete floors, addition of underground conduits, pipes and installation of various appliances for this 12,969 square foot building. This facility is attached with a glass enclosure that includes a reception area, personnel offices plus recreational and instructional rooms. This spacious serving and seating area completes the dining room. These buildings are enhanced with exterior landscaping design that completes this attractive facility.
