At over 11 million dollars upon completion, rehabilitation of these three enlisted housing buildings will provide PWCI a milestone in their record of achievements. After uncovering severe design flaws in the mechanical and plumbing systems in this project, PWCI’s project team went to work and designed and built a system which would be the model for the remaining 40 buildings on the Navy’s list to upgrade. Commended by the Navy as the “Best design we’ve ever seen.” PWCI is proud to present this project to the Navy.
