Project Description

Ground up construction of three, type 5 wood framed multi story buildings with all of the latest technology, a complete learning facility with elevators, fire sprinklers, teaching walls as well as attractive exterior finishes with synthetic stone and stucco. Exterior will include site improvements, grading, paving, site concrete, landscaping, field improvements, perimeter fencing, complete fire sprinkler system and all utilities.
