PWCI is proud to be the builder of this 25,900 square foot Child Development Center. We built this child centered environment with classrooms, indoor activity centers and several outdoor play areas to meet the needs of the many different children this development center will serve for years to come. This project incorporated several LEED, green design elements. These include energy efficient lights, water saving plumbing, daylight used for illumination in several areas of the project. PWCI also used low emitting adhesives, sealants, paints and carpet. With child safety as a priority many safety design elements were used. Everything right down to the carbon dioxide monitoring system was built for child safety.
