Project Description

PWCI is performing as CM for the City of La Quinta’s Redevelopment Agency, overseeing construction of this 80-unit housing project built on 10 acres, including playgrounds, a swimming pool and common area structures. PWCI’s involvement began in the design phase, and continued through plan development, bidding/awarding and on-site construction supervision.
