PWCI is responsible for overseeing and facilitating all project development aspects of this new $75 Million project. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of the master plan strategy, land use planning, infrastructure development/ design/engineering/construction, proforma budgeting, consultant recruitment and management, government relations, schedules, entitlements, permitting, community relations, architectural design, construction management and FF&E procurement. Included is 55,000 sq. feet of public space and back-of-house space, an underground multi-level parking garage surface parking, meeting space for, a full-service restaurant, café, lounge, and gift shop.
